It isn’t hard to budget, it just takes a couple of months to get used to it. Think of it as practice for when you are super-wealthy.
5. Your education isn’t over yet.
You should take every opportunity you can to learn more about finances and investments. Read articles online or sit down with a good finance book. Talk with your parents about how and why you should already be saving for retirement. See what $20 a week in savings can grow into over thirty years.
See, making wise financial decisions all depends on how knowledgeable you are. The more knowledge, the better the decisions. Remember, you aren’t really done with your education, you are just moving on to new courses.

In today’s hurried and detached society, feeling this treasured is rare.
A key distinction to keep in mind when going the personalization route, is the relief from the pressure of having to be unique and original with the type of gift. We love to concern ourselves with what kind of unique novelty gift the recipient has never seen before. There might also be a subtle sense of obligation to give something that you know they don’t own already. With personalization, they can already own a simple gift such as throw pillow and be pleasantly surprised with one you give to them that either bears their name or a personal message having special significance to them.
Customized Just For You
Never make the mistake that a “nirvanic” shopping experience might be that you first win the lotto, and thus allowing yourself to hire an assistant who runs one errand gathering expensive gifts for everyone. It’s a far more realistic truth to recognize, that when someone unwraps an item that is made truly personal for them, they are delighted to see that you had thought specifically about who they are as a person. You, as the gift giver will also derive much more satisfaction with your offering, knowing that this is straight from your heart.
An additional legitimate benefit is that this approach reinforces the ease of birthday or holiday shopping in your own nervous system and alleviates that negative association between holidays and the sometimes painful struggle for just the right gift.

Jerry West says to ‘Treat people right’:

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS – Basketball legend Jerry West gave an emotional speech during the opening of the Business Summit, saying, “I have no philosophy as an executive except, ‘Treat people right.’ ”
West, who coached the Los Angeles Lakers and the Memphis Grizzlies after a hall-of-fame career as a player with the Lakers, said the story that impacted him more than anything is about a black man who used to escort him to his car.
“I came to practice, I came to games, always expecting to see him,” West said. “Whether we lost or not, he was always the same. I was away three years. When I came back, I learned he was going to retire.”
West said he was urged to attend the man’s retirement party but hesitated because he had been on the road eight straight days and was tired. At 6 p.m. – a half-hour before the party – West decided to go.
“I walked into the room,” West recalled. “There were 50 people there. This guy had a very menial job. He got up and talked about the people who were important to his life. He saved me for last. He said, ‘Jerry, I want to thank you for how you treated me
